Hassle-free, fast checkout experiences are a must, given that 70 per cent of online shoppers abandon their carts if there are complications. To ensure it didn’t suffer from issues that could cause friction in the checkout process, the web development firm, Get Found, partnered with Cashflows, the merchant payment acceptance platform, and now, 18 months later, has revealed incredible results.

Since the partnership was announced, Get Found has not only cut down on cart abandonment, but it has also seen a huge boost in turnover (475 per cent). Due to Cashflows‘ offering, Get Found’s clients have been able to optimise their payment processes, which ultimately saw an increase in the company’s overall sales.

One of the biggest forms of friction customers face at checkout is a lack of preferred payment method. This is no longer an issue for Get Found as it now supports Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. The support from the Cashflows partnership does not stop here, though. It has also delivered a dedicated account management and tailored reporting tools, providing insights into customer behaviour and assists businesses in optimising their payment strategies for maximum growth.

Carving out a unique offering in the digital world requires a strong digital payments understanding

Get Found specialises in commercial web development, graphic concepts for brand development and user experience design for both website and commercial apps. The company collaborates with brands ranging from luxury skincare to adventure tourism, financial services, charities, and auction houses.

Ryan Hull, owner and web developer at Get Found

Commenting on the partnership, Ryan Hull, owner and web developer at Get Found, said: “There are so many sales that a business can miss out on because that crucial payments process is clunky or lacks intuition. The difference with Cashflows on board has been night and day. Not only are they friendly and responsive, but they are also real experts in their field and had quick and effective solutions to every issue we faced.”

“I started Get Found to help businesses carve out their space in the digital world with ease. A key part of that is making payments hassle-free as well, and that’s exactly what Cashflows has delivered. Their platform has given our clients the confidence to scale without worrying about payment issues.”

“As e-commerce continues to grow globally, the demand for effortless/seamless digital experiences, particularly in payment processes, is more important than ever.”

Paul Clarke, the chief growth officer at Cashflows, added: “It’s been such a pleasure working with Get Found on this project. The company provides an incredibly valuable service, helping businesses to optimise their websites. We’re glad we could help to Ryan and his team to drive Get Found further through the optimisation of their payments infrastructure.”

“Judging by the results, this was a marriage made in heaven. We’ve taken care of the payments side, allowing them to do what they do best – build high-performing websites and apps. We look forward to working together for a long time as both out businesses continue to expand.”
