Amber International Holding Limited has completed the integration of Sparrow Tech Private Limited, a Singapore-based digital asset platform, following regulatory approval.
Sparrow Tech, which holds a Major Payment Institution (MPI) license issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore to provide Digital Payment Token services, is now an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of Amber International.
The platform offers secure, compliant, institutional-grade solutions for sophisticated investors.
As part of the integration, Sparrow Tech is being rebranded as Amber Premium Singapore.
The rebranding, expected to be completed by 30 April 2025, aims to align the platform with Amber International’s global brand identity and support its efforts to consolidate services while complying with local regulatory requirements.
Amber International, which operates under the “Amber Premium” brand, said the move is part of its broader strategy to strengthen its position in Asia and improve client experience globally.

“The integration of Sparrow Tech into Amber International is more than a corporate milestone—it reflects our long-term commitment to building a globally compliant, institutional-grade digital asset platform anchored in Asia.
With the rebranding of the Sparrow platform and full consolidation under Amber International, we’re unifying our brand, strengthening regulatory alignment, and creating a seamless experience for our clients in Singapore and beyond,”
said Wayne Huo, CEO of Amber International.
