Embedded finance and foreign exchange (FX) risk management solutions provider, Okoora is landing in the US as it announces its expansion into the American market.

Following a recent move to expand operations in Europe, specifically Germany, where it now offers its embedded finance solutions and core API suite, Okoora is now setting its sights on North America. Its aim is to enable firms to leverage its offerings for their own operations and enable them to integrate its embedded finance solutions and suite of core APIs into their own services, in turn providing a better service to their customers.

However, the US expansion does not follow the German expansion step-for-step. In Germany, Okoora also provides access to and support for its SaaS platform to small and medium-sized businesses, similar to its approach in Poland and Israel.

    The Global Referral Partner Programme

In addition to expanding into new markets, Okoora has also launched its Global Referral Partner Programme. This initiative invites professionals—including lawyers, insurance agents, accountants, financial consultants, and other industry experts—to serve as distributors of Okoora’s platform for clients engaged in international business operations.

Participants in the programme can unlock additional revenue opportunities by offering licenses to Okoora’s platform, which delivers advanced solutions for managing multi-currency cross-border activities.

Benjamin Avraham, CEO and founder of Okoora

Commenting on this news Benjamin Avraham, founder and CEO of Okoora said: “Our expansion into the US and German markets, alongside the launch of our new Global Referral Partner Programme, marks a significant milestone in our growth journey. As cross-border trade continues to accelerate, there is an increasing demand for more efficient finance solutions—ones that go beyond what traditional banks offer.”

Okoora offers two compensation models for partners – the Affiliate Model and the Active Partner Model.

    The Affiliate Model

In the Affiliate Model, partners refer potential clients to Okoora, which manages the entire negotiation and transaction process. Partners receive up to 50 per cent of the client’s license value for the first year, with earning potential reaching tens of thousands of dollars.

    The Active Partner Model

The Active Partner Model allows partners to take full control of the sales process, from identifying potential clients to closing deals. This model offers up to 50 per cent of the total revenue generated by the client over a three-year period, with earning potential in the hundreds of thousands of dollars.
