Airwallex, a global financial technology platform, has launched embedded finance tools tailored for creator economy platforms.
The company aims to simplify complex tasks like global payments, tax management, and financial tracking.
With the creator economy projected to reach a US$525 billion valuation by 2030, creators increasingly require efficient tools to manage diverse revenue streams internationally.
Airwallex’s new offering allows platforms to embed customisable financial services directly into their systems, including automated collection and filing of tax forms.
At launch, this capability supports US 1099-NEC tax filings, with more tax forms expected soon.
Early adopters include PartnerStack, a platform connecting B2B SaaS companies with affiliate, referral, and reseller networks.
PartnerStack uses Airwallex to handle payments and tax reporting seamlessly within its partner ecosystem.
Additionally, the embedded tools allow platforms to deploy flexible, PSP-agnostic payment acceptance, helping creators expand their international following.
Creators can also access centralised multi-currency wallets, simplifying the management of funds from multiple platforms, saving on currency conversion fees, and enabling easy financial reconciliation.
Airwallex further supports fast global payouts to more than 170 markets within one business day, and platforms can issue branded multi-currency cards to creators globally, enabling streamlined local and international purchases, quicker access to funds, and easy tracking of spending.

Philipp Reichardt, VP of Enterprise, North America at Airwallex, said,
“Airwallex is building financial tools to connect entrepreneurs, business builders, makers and creators with borderless opportunities.
With this launch, we’re making it easy for platforms to embed financial tools that remove complexity – ultimately empowering creators to focus on what they do best, without getting bogged down in paperwork.”
