Creating Flexible Automated Workflows: PayJunction Partners With Zapier

To create custom, scalable automation services that meet business needs in minutes and replace tedious manual workflows, paytech PayJunction has partnered with Zapier, the workflow automation platform.

Many businesses today operate on unique workflows for accounting and payments that often require manual data transfers between applications, which is error-prone and time-consuming. In fact, Gartner found that 59 per cent of controllers self-reported several errors per month due to capacity constraints, with 73 per cent of controllers reporting that their workload had increased over the past three years, meaning automating processes would be a welcome sign.

Unlike many present-day integrations that lack the flexibility to support an organisation’s specific tech stack or are not robust enough to support their evolving business needs, PayJunction’s Zapier integration allows businesses to connect to their preferred software with PayJunction – complete with pre-built templates to simplify common workflows like syncing transaction data to Google Sheets or deposit details to QuickBooks Online.

    Randy Modos, president at PayJunction

“Combining our people-first approach to payments with Zapier’s industry-leading automation platform provides our customers with the freedom to build customisable, yet easy-to-integrate automations,” said Randy Modos, president at PayJunction. “These custom automations not only help businesses improve their efficiency but also ensure greater accuracy as automating processes greatly reduces the chance of errors made through manual entry.”

    Unlocking flexibility and automation

PayJunction’s new Zapier integration empowers businesses to seamlessly deploy custom automations between their existing business systems within minutes, eliminating the need for coding or technical expertise.

“The connection between PayJunction’s No-code Payments Integration and Zapier is a huge win for the no-code community,” said Tom Nassr, co-founder of workflow automation consultancy XRay Tech. “Businesses can now implement end-to-end payment automation faster than ever before with the combination of these two powerful no-code products.”

The integration was built in partnership with Left Hook, one of Zapier’s leading trusted developers. “The PayJunction team and API were both great to work with. From day one, the team was focused on the customer use cases they were eager to enable,” said Sean Matthews, co-founder of Left Hook. “We had fun developing a strong set of building blocks to hand off to users and are excited to see what they come up with.”

When used alongside PayJunction’s No-code Payment Integration, Zapier unlocks new levels of flexibility and automation. Now, businesses can eliminate errors caused by manual data entry and free up staff time by automatically passing data across multiple platforms, including their current cloud-based business management software.
