Finity Integrates Jarvis Pension Solution to Help Employees Plan for Retirement

Jarvis, a UK-based pension fintech, is partnering with Finity, a back-office software platform for the recruitment sector, to simplify pensions management for businesses in the recruitment industry.

By integrating Jarvis into the Finity platform, the two entities are aiming to provide companies access to a comprehensive pension solution with real-time updates, automated pension contributions, and a retirement calculator for employees.

With around 1.5 million temporary workers in the UK, managing multiple pension schemes for workers on short-term contracts has proven a significant administrative challenge for businesses. Recognising this, this partnership also hopes to help simplify compliance with audit-ready reporting and unlock tax-saving benefits such as the automatic activation of salary sacrifice, which reduces National Insurance Contributions (NICs) for employees and employers.

Royden Greaves, founder and CEO of Jarvis

Royden Greaves, founder and CEO of Jarvis, said: “At Jarvis, our focus has always been on transforming pensions from a complex necessity into something accessible and engaging for all types of workers. Through this integration, Jarvis will save Finity’s clients valuable time while reducing costs and administrative burdens for recruitment agencies and umbrella companies. Jarvis is here to create an easy-to-use platform that enables all workers to take control of their pensions.”

The partnership will also equip recruitment agencies and umbrella companies within the Finity ecosystem with access to the Jarvis workplace pension. Designed as a modern alternative to traditional auto-enrolment pensions, like NEST, Jarvis’ workplace pension simplifies pension contributions, optimises investments, and gives employees more visibility and control over their pensions.

“By partnering with Jarvis, we’re simplifying pensions management and compliance, all within a single, intelligent system,” explained Luke Pilfold-Thomas, chief strategy officer of Finity. “More than that, we share a deep commitment to empowering the most vital yet often overlooked part of this industry – the workers. Together, we’re building a future where financial security isn’t a privilege, but a standard, and one that brings greater stability, and opportunity for everyone in the recruitment sector.”
