Payments operations platform Fyorin has launched a new smart expense management solution and physical cards in a move to transform expense handling with automation, real-time visibility, and enhanced control.

With its new expense management products, Fyorin hopes to help benefit finance teams, employees, and businesses operating across multiple jurisdictions.

Business expenses, particularly for global multi-entity organisations, have long been a challenge for finance teams. Traditional methods involving manual reimbursements, missing receipts, and approval bottlenecks create inefficiencies, cash flow issues, and compliance risks.

By integrating smart expense management with physical and virtual cards, Fyorin provides a financial ecosystem that eliminates manual inefficiencies, reduces costs, and increases compliance, empowering organisations to operate with agility and confidence in today’s fast-moving payments landscape.

Fyorin says its physical cards bring all the benefits of the successful virtual cards, with the enhanced flexibility, security, and control for businesses making in-store and travel-related purchases. Users can issue multiple virtual cards and link them all to one physical card, switching between them through a convenient web app. Finance teams can use the tool to streamline corporate spending while maintaining real-time oversight.

Fyorin’s physical cards offer employees direct access to company funds for in-store and travel-related expenses, reducing cash flow burdens and delays. Businesses can also link multiple Fyorin accounts and virtual cards to a single physical card, and seamlessly switch between them for multi-currency payments.

Finance teams often struggle with month-end reconciliations, multi-currency complexities, and fragmented approval workflows. Fyorin’s Smart Expense Management solution aims to address these challenges with full automation, ensuring smooth, real-time expense tracking across multiple entities.

With the solution, finance teams can configure ledgers, allocate costs, and generate reports by entity or currency, while a comprehensive dashboard provides group-wide and per-entity expense insights, enabling proactive cost control.

The solution also boasts other key features, including:

    • Seamless multi-currency transactions: Fyorin’s expense cards in EUR and GBP help businesses avoid foreign exchange losses and improve reconciliation accuracy.
    • Streamlined accounting: Pre-approved claims eliminate redundant approval processes, keeping business operations agile.
    • Elimination of manual reimbursements: Employees can access company funds instantly via virtual or physical cards linked to pre-set budgets, reducing admin overhead.
    • End-to-end automation: Transactions are categorised automatically, and VAT/tax rules are applied in real time, reducing errors and compliance risks.

With expense management and physical cards, Fyorin hopes to bridge the gap between payments innovation and real-world business challenges. The finance function is no longer slowed down by inefficiencies: our integrated platform ensures that businesses have full visibility, automation, and control over their spending while remaining compliant across multiple jurisdictions.
