Dubai’s skyline is getting another statement piece—this time with the Trump crypto name stamped on it. Many are predicting it will feature Trump’s crypto venture World Liberty Financial.

The newly announced Trump International Hotel & Tower will rise 80 stories in Downtown Dubai, planting the brand’s flag in the Middle East for the first time. With views of the Burj Khalifa and the Arabian Sea, and also a pitch heavy on exclusivity, the project is already stirring up attention in the region’s hyper-competitive luxury real estate scene.

I dunno much about Dubai but I like their falconry and horse racing; their last race I saw had a $12m prize, yuge.

Trump Crypto: Redefining Luxury in Downtown Dubai

Among the standout features for Trump Dubai is a resort-style pool reserved for residents only, plus The Trump—a private club offering high-end dining, wellness perks, and concierge services tailored for the ultra-wealthy.

Yes, it really is called “The Trump.” Even rapper Kanye West has to be in awe of Trump’s ego.

And for those looking to buy bragging rights: two penthouses modeled after Trump Tower’s Fifth Avenue flagship, complete with sky pools, floor-to-ceiling glass, and panoramic views of Dubai’s ever-climbing skyline.

The Trump International Hotel & Tower will break from convention by accepting cryptocurrency—Bitcoin included—for property sales. It’s a move that mirrors the rising appetite for digital assets in high-end real estate, which blend speculative capital with skyline ambition. Following it, crypto transactions will be handled by Trump’s crypto venture World Liberty Financial.

Dubai is the crypto capital of the world, currently hosting the Token 2049 conference and Sui Bootcamp.

“This is going to be the first truly large-scale project that accepts cryptocurrency,” said Eric Trump who is speaking at Token 2049. “It’s incredibly exciting to see two worlds that I love come together.”

Trump is Boosting Dubai’s Luxury Real Estate Market

Trump Dubai is a magnet for the ultra-wealthy. Dubai’s property market continues to feed that demand, helped along by policies like the UAE’s Golden Visa, which keeps foreign capital flowing in.

“Dubai has truly become a global epicenter,” said Eric Trump. “It’s a safe haven for people from across the world.”

The city logged 111 home sales above $10 million in Q1 2025 alone. Projects like this are raising the bar. We’ll see if Trump’s newest hotel meets the hype or is a rugpull like his memecoin.
