MA Financial, an Australian-based alternative asset manager, has announced that a selection of its flagship and specialist investment strategies has been added to Allfunds, a Spain-based B2B wealthtech platform with over €1.6 trillion (approximately SG$2.4 trillion) in assets under administration.
The move forms part of MA Financial’s strategy to broaden access to its Australian private credit offerings across Asia.
The inclusion of MA Financial’s funds on the Allfunds platform reflects growing investor interest in alternative assets such as private credit and real estate debt.
Through the platform, distributors in more than 65 countries, including Singapore and Hong Kong, can now access these funds.
MA Financial is the first Australian private markets manager to join Allfunds.
Traditionally focused on public market managers, Allfunds’ decision to include MA Financial underlines the increasing demand for alternative strategies.
The expansion is expected to enhance MA Financial’s presence in Asia’s wealth and family office segments, providing access to a network of private banks, securities houses, and independent financial advisers (IFAs) across the region.

“This is an important milestone in our regional growth strategy,”
said Kit Toh, Head of Asian Distribution at MA Financial.
“Joining the Allfunds platform enhances the accessibility of our strategies to a broader investor base, reflects our long-term commitment to the region and reinforces our goal to democratise access to high-quality private markets strategies.”
The funds now available on Allfunds for accredited and professional investors include two of MA Financial’s flagship offerings: the MA Wholesale Priority Income Fund, which focuses on delivering regular income while preserving capital, and the MA Secured Loan Priority Fund, which provides exposure to real estate-backed credit opportunities in the Australian market.
The Allfunds platform provides trade execution, settlement, fund distribution, administration, and a dedicated due diligence portal, facilitating access for distributors of varying sizes to institutional-grade managers such as MA Financial.
