Nordic Markets Academy Launches to Offers Retail Traders Tools to Succeed

Nordic Markets, a regulated trading brand focused on education and trader-first experiences, has launched a new fintech-driven learning platform in a move to equip traders with the knowledge to see greater levels of success.

Dubbed the Nordic Markets Academy, the new initiative is led by former JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley trader Marc Rudajev, and aims to give retail traders the tools, education, and real trade access they need.

Marc Rudajev, head of education at Nordic Markets Academy

Rudajev is now serving as head of education at Nordic Markets Academy, where he plans to leverage nearly two decades of experience across hedge funds and banks, as well as his experience developing a suite of educational offerings. By producing exclusive content for the new learning platform, Rudajev will share a range of proven strategies, case studies, and masterclasses to support users.

The new app, built in partnership with Pelican, enables traders to copy two to six verified trades per day. On the platform, users will be able to choose whether to learn and trade manually or follow automatically. With Nordic, there’s no middleman. Users trade directly with the broker, and every offer, bonus, and course comes from Nordic itself.

To help users better understand the market and how trading works, the Academy will also offer practice environments, offering risk-free simulations that enable them to apply strategies and build confidence. Learners will be able to connect with others through community forums, enabling them to connect, discuss and share ideas together, to foster further understanding and growth.

    Selecting an education-first approach

Aside from the exclusive content produced by Rudajev, the new Nordic Markets Academy promises a range of other key features, including structured learning paths, offering courses tailored for all experience levels, covering topics including forex, crypto, commodities, and indices.

Rudajev and other market analysts also plan to host weekly interactive webinars, to provide more in-depth support to aspiring retail traders. The Academy will also provide real-time market insights through daily commentary, technical breakdowns, and economic event previews across multiple asset classes.

Founded by Arif Alexander (formerly of Scandavion Markets) and Kenneth Stevens (with a background in mergers and acquisitions), Nordic Markets has spent the last 18 months quietly building a platform that merges mentorship with community-led access.

Nordic Markets operates under the regulation of the Securities Commission of The Bahamas. The company says it prides itself on eco-conscious operations, strict regulatory accountability, and transparency – values that underpin its new education-first approach.

“Most platforms either sell you a course or take your trades,” explained Stevens. “We don’t think that’s good enough. So we did both — but better. We gave away the course and then built our own copy trading app to let people follow real trades.”
