Deus X Pay, a licensed provider of stablecoin transaction solutions, entered a strategic partnership with Sundown Jet S.A., an Argentine provider of fractional ownership for private flights. The collaboration enables Sundown Jet to accept cryptocurrency for its services, offering clients a faster and more secure method for booking private air travel.
With this integration, high-net-worth travellers and corporate flight departments can transact using digital assets. The companies state this will unlock near-instant settlement, provide transparent fees, and offer a more convenient booking experience for domestic flights across Argentina and connections throughout Latin America.
Modernising transactions in the luxury travel market
The adoption of cryptocurrency payments is part of Sundown Jet’s commitment to innovation and client experience. The Argentine aviation company, which specialises in charter flights and aircraft management, aims to simplify the transaction process and remove barriers for its global clientele.
Federico Giménez, chief executive officer of Sundown Jet S.A., commented: “At Sundown Jet, we understand that luxury private aviation is not only about reaching exclusive destinations, but also about offering our clients a level of flexibility and security that truly meets their expectations. By integrating digital asset payment solutions, we take another step forward in our journey of evolution: simplifying transactions, removing barriers, and reinforcing our goal of delivering a service that is fast, reliable, and fully aligned with today’s demands.”
He added: “This development is not just a technological upgrade; it is a way to strengthen our leadership and to accompany our passengers at every stage of their journey—from booking to landing at their destination.”
A regulated framework for stablecoin payments

The partnership reflects a growing trend across Latin America for the adoption of secure and compliant cryptocurrency solutions to serve a globally mobile customer base.
Deus X Pay, which is part of the crypto investment firm Deus X Capital, provides the regulated infrastructure for the stablecoin transactions. The company is a licensed Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) operating under supervision in multiple jurisdictions, including Lithuania (Financial Crime Investigation Service – FNTT), the Czech Republic (Financial Analytical Office – FAU), and Canada (FINTRAC).
Richard Crook, chief executive officer of Deus X Pay, said: “Partnering with Sundown Jet accelerates the modernisation of transactions in Latin America’s luxury travel market. Our stablecoin rails deliver the speed and certainty that travelers demand, while giving Sundown Jet a robust, reliable framework that meets regulatory standards in multiple jurisdictions.”
By combining Sundown Jet’s position in the private aviation market with Deus X Pay’s regulated digital asset infrastructure, the partnership aims to set a new benchmark for client experience and operational efficiency in the region’s luxury travel sector.
