    Tom Bentley Joins 10x Banking as Revenue Chief, Lewis Ide to Lead APAC Growth

    10x Banking has appointed Tom Bentley to its Executive Board as Chief Revenue Officer and named Lewis Ide as Senior Vice President for Asia-Pacific, strengthening its leadership team as the company accelerates global expansion.

    Bentley will lead the company’s commercial and growth strategy across key markets including Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa.

    He brings over 15 years of global experience in fintech and core banking, having held senior roles at Temenos and Thought Machine.

    He also served as Chief Commercial Officer at Vodeno, which was recently acquired by UniCredit Group, and was most recently Head of Growth at NatWest Boxed, the embedded finance venture from NatWest Group.

    Lewis Ide

    Ide will oversee strategy, growth, and execution across the Asia-Pacific region from his base in Sydney.

    He has 13 years of experience in financial services technology and has held leadership roles at SWIFT and Form3.

    The appointments come as 10x Banking approaches a decade of transforming banking infrastructure.

    The company provides core banking technology to clients including Chase UK by J.P. Morgan, Westpac Group, Old Mutual, West Brom Building Society, and Constantinople in Australia.
