At Fiserv, a filing with the SEC revealed that on Monday, Chief Financial Officer Paul M. Todd purchased 17,000 shares of FISV, for a cost of $62.41 each, for a total investment of $1.06M. Todd was up about 8.5% on the purchase at the high point of today’s trading session, with FISV trading as high as $67.72 at last check today. Fiserv is trading up about 4.2% on the day Wednesday.
And on Friday, Director Richard Meynard Born purchased $485,472 worth of Lucky Strike Entertainment, purchasing 60,000 shares at a cost of $8.09 a piece. Lucky Strike Entertainment is trading up about 3.2% on the day Wednesday. So far Born is in the green, up about 7.2% on their purchase based on today’s trading high of $8.67.
