Singaporean fintech firm Coda has appointed Zac Liew as its new Chief Commercial Officer.
Zac brings extensive experience in fintech and leadership to his new role where he will be driving Coda’s continued growth.
His appointment comes after he stepped down as Co-founder and CEO of Curlec by Razorpay in late January, following seven years in the role.
Curlec was acquired by Razorpay in 2022, further expanding its offerings to include payment gateway services, no-code tools, and automated payouts.

Zac said,
“Thrilled to be joining the exceptional team at Coda! I’ve long admired the Coda business from afar and have deep respect for the global scale this team has built across commerce, payments and distribution.
As Coda enters its next phase of growth, I’m excited to contribute and help drive the business forward.”
Coda, headquartered in Singapore, provides commerce solutions and out-of-app monetisation services.
The company has a team of over 400 employees and works with more than 300 publishers, including Activision, Electronic Arts, Moonton, and Riot Games, offering solutions such as Custom Commerce, Codapay, Codashop, and Distribution.
Coda connects its partners to a wide range of payment methods, reaching over 200 million customers globally.
In late 2024, the company streamlined its brand name from “Coda Payments” to “Coda”.
